We invite and encourage you to join your neighbors for social activities at the clubhouse or poolside, and The Barn. It is a great way to make lasting friendships. Your monthly newsletter and our website will update you on all upcoming events at your community.

Swimming Pool, Beach and Spa

Please observe pool regulations posted at the pool and/or beach areas.

Hours: Members and their guests are only allowed in the pool and beach areas during hours posted.
Capacity: Membership identification may be required at anytime to ensure that only members and their guests use the pool. So that there will be enough room at the pool for all members, we ask that you have no more than two guests at the pool at any one time and that you accompany your guests at all times.
Swimming Attire: Please wear only swimwear in the pool.
Showers and Illnesses: Please shower to rinse off all suntan oil or lotion and sand before entering pool.
Food and Refreshments: Food, drink and smoking are only allowed in designated areas. No bottles or other glass are permitted in or around the pool or beach areas.

Fitness Centers

Use of the fitness center is for Quarry members and is available 24 hours, seven days a week. Check with the membership office for specifics on fitness classes and personal trainers. Please observe rules, regulations and warnings posted at the fitness center. Please be advised that an adult must accompany persons under the age of 18 when using all clubhouse facilities.

Movie Theater

For you enjoyment and entertainment, the clubhouse is equipped with a surround sound movie theater. The theater is available 7 days a week from 9am to midnight. During the office hours you can access the theater at anytime. For evening enjoyment of the theater, please make a reservation at the membership office.

Executive Business Center

The executive center is your multi-purpose room with the following features: copier, fax machine and three computers with Internet access. All members have card access to the room 24 hours a day.

Putting Green

The putting green is open during the swimming pool hours. Golf balls and golf clubs can be checked out at the membership office.

Package Acceptance

Packages are delivered to the membership office if you are not home. If you would like us to accept your packages, please stop by the membership office to sign a waiver form, which we will keep on file for all deliveries.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is open 24 hours a day. If any of the machines are not working properly, or if you lose money, in the machine please contact the membership office.

Edwards Communities Waiver

All persons using the pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, business center and/or other recreational facilities do so at their own risk and responsibility. The Owner, management company, or their agents assume no responsibility for accidents or injury in connection with such use. Nor will the owners, community, management company or its staff be liable to members or their guests for articles lost, stolen or damaged on the premises. Members and their guests, or any other persons, agree to make no claims against the management company, the owner or their agents for loss or damages in life, limb or property. Member will be responsible for all their actions of their guests. If property damage results from action of the member or their guest, the cost will be charged and paid by the member
